Sir Namaskar i am doing business in my own house which is owned by my father and grand Mother here bank people asked me No objection certificate for Loan purpose so I want to Obtain NOC CAN I do a notary for NOC because it is somewhat legal document and perfect in my sense can u please tell me the process ?

A.No notarisation is required for this purpose. Since the property is not in your name bank wants No objection certificate from your father and grand mother. If you have any further doubt please be touch with me,
