Writ petition
How many days after the defendant files a notice (with a reply) does the hearing take place and can the writ petition be disposed of if all of the plaintiff's complaints are accepted by the defendant?
A.Hi,
The first hearing normally happens within 30 days of the reply notice being filed. However, the time taken to pass the judgment and dispose of the petition will vary depending on the facts of the case.
