Regarding challenging of suspension

Dear sir,My father is suspended from the last 9 months from his service on the charges of issuing tender to us n the company is claiming it fraud ...we followed all the due procedure to get the tender ..our bid was the lowest among 4 other bids ..I want to know can we challenge the order of suspension ??

A.Ur question is not clear so provide sufficient details regarding designation or ur father etc and charge against him.

A.Sure you can.
But only when there was no restrictions in the tender offer advertisement like any family member of the official of that office/department can not apply the tender.
