I purchased a property in Kerala under a reputed builder called Hilite. The Mall started functioning few years back and as per contract I am supposed to receive a monthly rental payment from the builder. The builder constantly gave excuses and now have an overdue of more than a year of payment. Irrespective of multiple contacts, calls messages there has been no response. What options do u have

A.Hi,
As per the facts stated by you, if you have a rental agreement with the builder regrading the same, then you claim your money by sending him a legal notice.

A.You can file civil suit for recovery of money against the builder. Before filing the same suit send a demand notice with the help of local advocate.
