My wife's cousin who lives in USA called me and tried to convince me not to reach court for divorce as the indian judiciary is 'women biased'.
Is it really like that. Can I take any action on him for trying to kill my faith on indian judiciary ,trying to insult indian judiciary and convince me that its biased and I should not approach court?

A.Hi,
No, the Courts are not biased towards women. They are however, awarded extra protection in some cases, due to the system being historically patriarchal. Cases are decided on the basis of the evidence presented by either party.
Your wife's cousin was merely trying to advise you, you cannot file a case against him for doing so.

A.Hi,
No, it is not really like that. Our Courts are fair and impartial, they decide cases on the basis of the evidence presented before them.
You cannot take legal action against your cousin.
