Documents filed in Court went missing Documents filed in Court went missing

Hi,

My father filed a suit for cancellation of regd sale deed executed by his elder brother on the Joint property. He filed Arbitration partition document along other required documents in court.

The case got dismissed on default ground subsequent to the death of my father. They sent the file to the District court. I have filed a CA to check on the case details. I got a response stating that the documents were missing. I got the acknowledgement on the same through RTI.

Kindly suggest what should be done now.

Thanks
