Hello Sir/ Madam,

My Grandfather, mother;s father has 2 daughters and 3 sons. All daughters and sons are died, and have children.

My Grandfather had one house in vellore town tamil nadu and agriculture lands in sevoor village tamil nadu. Grandfather has expired
one Daughters name (my mother's name) are excluded from grandfather's properties. one house sold and money is divided between sons without any consent from us.
How can I include my name or my mother's name in grandfather's properties (agriculture lands).

A.Try to get the Legal Heir Certificate of your Grandfather, in which your mother's name will be as one of the legal heir , then can file a suit for partition.

A.Hi,
If the property is ancestral property, then the property will be distributed equally in all the children.
You may file a suit for partition of property.
