one year back i purchased one house from one family (one mother and his two suns ) , at the time of registration mother and his elder son putted sign in documents at the time younger sun was in us so he dint put sign in the document ,
now we are going to take loan on that land , bank legal advisory asking sign for that younger sun so please suggest how can go for further procedure ...
A.Get relinquishment deed or Release deed from the younger son and produce before the bank.

A.if mutation has been done in the government department then no need of sign of younger son, otherwise you can registered the titamma registry.

A.Correction of sale deed is mandatory.U apply for correction of sale deed for putting signature by the younger son.Then only your sale deed will be complete and valid
