Parking on only one side of the the road.

Authorities have allowed parking only on one side of the road on which my business is located. This leads to regular arguments with the shopkeepers on the other side when I try to park on the permitted side. How do I get the parking rule changed to alternate day parking on this road.

Address your grievances to the local traffic police, you may then petition the local developmental authority for the same.

You will have to approach the local governmental development authority and file a petition for the same. This process would go much smoother if you hired a local advocate.
