DEPRIVED from arrear and true seniority DEPRIVED from arrear and true seniority

Some people are promoted tech-2 on 18.09.2013 & tech-1 on 30.11.2015. I did not got those on that date. Administration charge my salary of tech-2 on 01.07.2016 showing seniority fixed from 18.09.2013. But deny to pay arrear from 18.09.2013 to 01.07.2016.
Also promoted me tech-1 on 01.09.2016. again this time they fixed me a wrong seniority. What i do...???

You have to approach either Service Tribunal or High Court for getting necessary relief.
