Hello Sir/Mam,
I have taken 60,000/Loan from Money View During Lockdown and paid 3 EMI's but unable to pay rest payment, as I lost my job after lockdown. I have received many calls claiming from High Court Delhi, and Police Station from Delhi, regarding paying full Amount of 60,000/ + 10,000/ recovery. I have already updated my situation to every person. I am staying with my Mother who is getting 11,000/pension. It's now very difficult to survive and paying rest amount. Please guide me.
A.Hi
You can send them a legal notice as there is a separate plan proposed by Reseve Bank of India(RBI), if the borrower is unable to pay EMI then he/she can opt for loan restructuring as per the resolution plan offered by his/her lending institution.

A.Hi
There is a scheme proposed by Reserve Bank of India(RBI) which relates to the above stated situation that the borrower can opt for loan restructuring as offered by the lending institution. However, you can send the legal notice for restructuring of the EMI amount to bank.

A.Take note that no court make any call to any litigant. The call received by you must be fake or by fake advocates and their brokers. In such default the company may file recovery suit against you and it may take three to six months in filing the case. If company file case then you can negotiate for settlement and also of amount etc. Concentrate on your future and forget other. By availing loan you have not committed any crime.
