if son make default in bank loan payment can we seized his father house on background of his son-father relation

A.Dear,
No. The son's father's house cannot be seized on account of the son's default in bank loan payment. However, if the son has mortgaged his father's house and if defaulted on repayment of loan, the bank can seize the property as per the terms and conditions of the mortgage deed.
