i live in apartment. i don't have any parking space. means apartment don't have any parking space for car.so i have to park my car on one side of road where still road is not constructed. can i get legal permission to park over there.
because one of the shop owner says my car block his way but actually there is another way to go to a shop. have plenty of space that customers can access but he wants thats space only because its front of his shop.
he says his goods vehicle goes from there only but there is another way also.

A.Hi,
You can contact the apartment management for more clarity on where you can park your car. The shopkeeper and you both have valid reason to choose the parking spot, you will have to come together to work out a mutually beneficial solution. Maybe you could use it for one part of the week and he uses it for the other?

A.Hi,
No, you cannot get legal permission to park there, unless you enter an agreement with the landowner. You will have to set aside your differences and come to a mutual decision, as you both have valid reasons for wanting the parking spot.

A.It is not possible to get legal permission to park your vehicle in road. It is advisable to come to a solution which is ok for both you and the nearby shop owner.
