There are some property on the name of my grandfather and some on great grandfather. My grandfather had three children two sons and a daughter. My father is no more. Both my uncle's and aunt's kids are 18+ while i am still a minor. What is my and my mom's share in property??i am hindu

A.Hi,
Your father is entitled to 1/3rd of your grandfather's property. As you are his legal heir, you can claim that share when you turn 18.

A.Hi,
There are three shares of the property, one each for your father and his siblings. Your mother and you are entitled to claim his 1/3rd share of the property.

A.Your father's share that is 1/3rd share of your grand father's property will be divided among your father's legal heirs.
