obc non creamy layer

sir my dad was appointed as group c means as a clerk in 1982 and at the age of 55 he promoted to class b in 2015....will i get obc ncl reservation?????i read somewhere that if father is appoints as class 3 and promoted to class b after age of 40 years then his son or daughter will come under obc ncl quota and they will eligible for obc reservation and class of service of father decided the obc ncl whatever be the income and at present my dad's annual income is 8.5 laks but as i read that income doesnt matter as status decides the obc ncl ...so acc to this clause i come under the obc ncl reservation ......will i get reservation of obc ncl???plz reply as soon as possible

sir r u sure??i mean m i eligible for obc reservation ???coz income exceeds the limit of 8 lakh and my dad is government servant in 1982 and appointed as clerk but now he is group b promoted in 2015 but as rule status decides the obc reservation according to which class c person promoted to class b after the age of 40 years then still his son get obc reservation ..is it true????...it means i can apply any job as a obc candidate???..i m confused..plz clarify this...
