Sir, On corona times my credit card reached overlimit and they send a offer letter thorugh mail. i ve not signed the letter but i started paying though EMIs regularly now my card comes under approved limits. i mailed them to reactivate my card but they refuse to activate my card i need suggestion whether i should continue to pay EMIs or stop and fight with them any one pls advise.

A.Hi,
You can express your grievances to the bank authorities. You can also approach the Banking Ombudsman for assistance.

A.Hi,
Your issues can be resolved if you visit a bank branch and state your grievances there. There might be a certain number of EMIs to be paid before your credit card gets reactivated.
