Hello sir
I am going to start work with an israel based company as a consultant.
Is it mandatory to register any entity before i will start or i can do it normally.
I need to raise invoice every month for payment so i want to check if i can work on my name or any firm registration is required.

Any proprietor can register his name before the ROC.

also GST registration is mandatory if we are doing turnover less than 20 Lakh.
