A.Hi,
He can deposit a copy of the same with the Sub-Registrar's office stating that this is his final and binding will. If the NRI brother tries to force him to change it, he can be booked for criminal intimidation under Sections 503 and 506 IPC.

A.Hi,
He can deposit a copy of the same in the Sub-Registrar's office with a term that this would be his final and binding will. this way, a copy of it will always be maintained with the Government.

A.As such there is no solution. Your brother in law can execute WILL on daily basis also. He cannot swear affidavit for any future incident which have not taken place at the date of execution of WILL.
