Breech of contract

I joined a company on 11jan as team leader n signed a contract of 2 years if i leave compensation would be 3 mnth salary now after 2 weeks they are saying that i would be a senior executive which they say has same hirachy but i would be a individual contributor they will give me joing letter which says that i will be Team leader-Vendor management(senior executive)
