I'm the victim and I'm 17 years old and yesterday I lodged a fir againstmy molester, he has been charged under the follow sections 376 2n 506 323 4 6 8 10 12 Will the accused get bail ? Because if he does then that is life threatening as he has given me death threat ( I even have its recordings) Also any idea how many years punishment he might get ?
