Dear sir,
My rent agreement is having a clause that I can terminate this rent agreement with one month notice. I had paid 10000 as security and 9500 as rent. My rent agreement was started on 5th june. So can I terminate it with my will or I need to pay the rest of the rent to the landlord.

A.Yes you can terminate with one months notice. If there is no such clause incorporated in the agreement that upon termination you need to pay the entire rent then you will have to unless you challenge that before the court. If such clause is not there then you are not required to.

A.You have give prior notice to landlord. (30 days before).
Either orally or written. Ask the landlord if they allow you and refund the amount. Or adjust the security to b adjusted in the rent. That can be called a fair notice aswell

A.Dear Sir,
It is too premature, if he silent then it is o.k. But natural justice does not allow this. Minimum 3 months stay is required that too on valid grounds.
