We just lived our life and left the rest to karma . my father's family is worst than demons . after having continous problems in life everyone started asking and suggesting us that there is something wrong and something evil is haunting our family..so finally we decided to go to an astrologer and get this checked and we came to know that my father's family has done some black magic so that we never succeed in life . that astrologer had clearly told us the reasons properly that since last 10 years these people are performing black magic for our downfall and it is effecting us as they planned . They are just scared that ill drag them before law for the injustice they have done . my family is in a bad condition because of this .kindly please suggest and advice me on how to I bring this injustice of there evil practice before law in kerala . what are the steps I should take .how do I file a case against this . please help me . me and my family are in serious trouble . I want justice. Since this is black magic I dont know how to gather evidence and bring them before law.kindly help me

A.My advice would be to file a partion suit to claim your fathers share in family property. It would be quiet difficult to prove black magic theory before any court. In any case if you have sufficient evidence to prove the black magic theory and you have been cheated or frauded, which is a criminal offence, you can lodge F. I. R. in Police Station of your area.

A.Hi,
We are sorry to hear about your situation.
You can file a complaint against your father's family for extortion and criminal intimidation under Sections 383, 503 and 506 IPC.
You can obtain protection orders from the Court if you believe you or your family's lives are at risk.

A.Where is the substantial proof that they tried to kill your father when you were in 1st std due to property partition issues ? Do you have ant eye witness such as your family members or friends who would come to the court and give a written statement for the same. While pertaining to black magic, such things can not be proved in the court as there is no substantial proof and these things are not entertained by the court.
