Question on PSC Short list

Kerala PSC has recently pblished a technical exam shortlist by including only iti holders, and a group of btech and diploma holders approched the court and court orderd to psc to include that group and i am also having quallified mark for that exam but I didnt approch the court and psc has not called me for verification.PSC called only the group which approches court.What can I do now for getting include in that list?

A.You can have your name impleaded to the suit as a relevant party.

A.Hi,
Order 1, Rule 10 of the Civil Procedure Code lays down that proper parties, who have a legitimate interest in the suit, may be impleaded into it.
You will have to contact the persons who first approached the Court and then proceed.

A.Did you have the court order?
