Hi..my friend is 52 years with 2 kids who are married. She s separated from her husband and is alone.she was in a relationship with a person aged 27years for the past 5 years. Now the person has changed his contact number and had left my friend to get married. Please advise it my friend can take legal action on this person for cheating her emotionally

A.No legal action can be taken against that person, because legal action can taken against legal relationship.
