A.Hi,

After the transfer of ownership all the rights to possession of the property goes to the other person. Your aunt may use the property according to her will. However, regarding your native place you need to provide us with more details to reach a conclusion.

A.Hi,

Transferring the ownership would mean giving her all the rights to the property. She has the complete right to possession and may use, sell, abandon the property accordingly. However, you may provide us with more details about the native place in order to come to conclusion.
