A.Hi,
A child cannot claim his rights in the self acquired property of his father. You and your sister cannot claim your share in the property for your father purchased and got it registered in the name of your brother.

A.Hi,
Children cannot claim their rights over self-acquired property of their father unless he mentions it in his will.
Since your father purchased the property with his eldest son, other children cannot claim their right against it.
