EMPLOYEE SERVICE MATTERS

I m currently working as an Assistant Professor in one of the self financed engineering college which is affiliated with AICTE, New Delhi and state university. i am a regular employee and my employment is as per University norms. College is having sectioned intake of total 4 year 570. As per AICTE norms student:faculty ratio must be maintained 1:20. college is relieving 5 faculty member though college is already having deficiency f faculty as per norms. we want to fight for our rights. also they are not paying salary as per 7th pay commission. advice me.

You can send a legal notice enumerating all the actions that you may take from a credible lawyer. Before going to a lawyer, ensure that they have some track record in doing such work. A.Hai,
If an employer doesn’t pay up your salary, you can approach the labour commissioner. They will help you to reconcile this matter and if no solution is reached labour commissioner will hand over this matter to the court whereby a case against your employer may be pursued.
