An Insurance Company unauthorizedly and illegally made a deduction of Rs.7,000/--{the amount (s)paid to the Policy Holder after her death for 4 months} ---from the total maturity amount legally due as Nominee ; under the garb of Sec 39 of the Insurance Act, 1938

A. You have to lodge your claim against the deduction & also involve insurance Regulatory Authority for direction to refund the illegal deduction, You have various options for quick recovery.

A. Issue a legal notice to the insurance company citing all fact amd circumstances and thereafter file a consumer complaint
