Home loan | Return of Original Document

I had settled all dues of home loan from LICHFL in Nov 2020, but still LICHFL is not able to return original documents.
What remedies are available !

A.Hi,
Serve them with legal notice to return the documents. If they do not comply, you can file a suit for specific performance in civil Court.

A.Can issue a legal notice, along with a copy to it's head office. if they don't reply can file a suit claiming documents.

A.First write a detailed application for returning the documents to your concern LIC HFC branch with a copy sent to its Head office and even if they don't do the need full you should file writ petition in the High Court

A.Issue a legal notice, you are entitled to compensation for the period the documents are retained by them.

You should issue a lawyer's notice to the organization to seek their reply. If the bank does not either reply to the notice from your lawyer, or does not offer to return the documents, a lawsuit can be filed against it to recover the documents and also to claim compensation for the delay.
