After my wife denying in RCR counselling. I don't want to go for divorce I will wait for her. Is there is any legal way to meet my daughter

A.You can file a petition in Family Court seeking joint custody.

A.There is no reason to continue with such dead marriage. It is life and not a filmi life. You nor even court can force or compell your wife to live with you against her wishes. You can file case for custody of child where as interim relief you can pray to meet child at regular intervals. The desire and wishes of child also matters and gave great waitage.

A.RCR has no connection with meeting your daughter. For meeting your daughter you need to apply for child custody or you can take court's permission.

A.Hi,
You have a right to see your daughter, you can file a petition in family Court seeking joint custody. You can also approach your wife's family to attempt a compromise.

Custody will be determined as per your custody agreement. If you do not have one, you can file a petition in family Court seeking joint custody.

A.You have arrange reconciliation meeting with elder family members of your family. If re union is not possible you can ask visiting permission to see your or permission to live with child 2 days in a weak. Send money mentioning that it's for your wife's and child maintanence.
