A.should be paid after you get some of your cash in hand so do not worry and send them a legal notice for mental harassment from an advocate.

A.Non payment of loan amount is not a crime but is a civil wrong against which the lender can file suit for recovery. Such blackmailing and threat are illegal. You should report the matter to police. There are various ways to protect. Let them file case. You shall have opportunity to settle at any stage on your term.
