Today I got notice from sole arbitrator for settlement of credit card dues of kotak bank, what is arbitration claim settlement dues, how to get rid of it please help and advice

A.According to a Supreme Court Judgement in 2019, the appointment of a sole arbitrator is not valid, in such cases., as the sole arbitrator is appointed by one party.

A.You can challenge the appointment of abitrator and arbitration proceedings. You must have to join arbitration proceeding and can rebut the allegation.

A.The credit card is not backed by RBI guidelines and so you require a proper lawyer having proper financial background knowledge to issue a notice to the bank.
