In my aadharcard, pancard, passport, Driving license
my name: Jay Arora
father name : Pramodkumar Tikayaram Arora
(mother name in passport : Santoshben Pramodkumar Arora)

In my school Lc , degree, marksheets
my name : Arora Jay Pramodkumar
(no column for father's full name)

In voter id
my name: Jay Arora
father name : Pramodkumar

In my birth certificate
my name : not mentioned
father name : Pramodkumar punjabi
mother name : Vanitaben

In ration card :
my name: Jay Pramodkumar Arora
father name: Pramodkumar Tikayaram Satija
mother name Santoshben Pramodkumar Satija

my dob is same in all above docs.(no issue in that)

my father and mother has below name in all their documents.
father name : Pramodkumar Tikayaram Satija
mother name Santoshben Pramodkumar Satija

problem1 : in all my cards where ever they are mentioned, they are arora not satija
problem 2 : while filing PR in canada what problems will occur regarding birth certificate as it is mandatory
how many changes i need above?

A.Hello
For adhar name change you can file a case before jmfc.

A.Hai,
You cannot change the surname or any name in the document at this stage. You can prepare an affidavit giving the names clearly and the name that you would be called. Get this name change published in a local newspaper and then submit the same to along with the affidavit to the government press for getting published in the gazette publication. A.Hai,
Firstly, you do an Affidavit in your district court w.r.t. change in name, etc. Secondly, all the changes in name, etc. which you need to be changed shall be printed in two famous newspapers circulated in your state. Thirdly, you must take all the changes in name, etc. to be printed in Government Gazette.Finally, You submit this document printed in Gazette to all concerned wherein name, etc. are to be changed.
