Regarding police act Regarding police act

Is it legal for the members of police employees family to unite and protest for the increase in allowances and salary of police department employees as class -3 police department employees cannot form union under police act. This incident is happening in chhattisgarh, family members has decided to organise protest under the banner of "police family" on the coming 25th june , where the DGP has issued an order to all the police employees to stop their family members from attending the protest and if any member of police worker family attends the protest then that police worker will be suspended.
Is such order legally valid ?
As each adult member of police employee family is free to join such protest and will himself be responsible for anything happening in future.
3 questions -
1. Here demands are going to be raised by police employee family and not directly by police employee . Is it legally correct..?
2. As DGP has issued such order(mentioned above). So such order is legally correct or not..?
3. Can one move to court if not allowed to protest under "police family" banner..?
Help me with this...!!

A.Police employees family comes under the department purview in providing accomodation & security, further you can take up the issue on record & involve higher authorities to fulfill your demands, your action depends on the outcome of all aspects of the issue.

A.when an order issued' police family' cannot protest.Have the " Police family ' have served prior notice of impending organised protest, if not it is illegal & unlawful better to have restraint & cooperate and bring the issues of increase in allowances and salary through the proper channel and before competent authority in writing on redressal of your issues.

Sir they have served prior notice and after that only after 3-4 days DGP has issued order.
Point to be noted is no police employee is going to attend this protest instead members of their family will do so. DGP is trying to supress the protest in the name of discipline of police department , which is applicable to its department employee but not upon tge family members. The demands has been declared valid by each and everyone taking a look at it. Police employees are provided extremly low allowance, salary, 14-16 hr duty, allowances not changed since 30 years...
Pls now consider this matter and reply...
