Hello sir /madam . my name is Soni and i have filed a FIR against my Ex.boyfriend was has cheated me in name of marriage.we were in relationship for 9 years and he promised to marry me.i am Hindu and he was Muslim.he cheated me and got married to a Muslim girl without y knowledge.FIR has being registered under ipc section 417 and 420. case is registered in Visakhapatnam (AP).case is in investigation status. he got married and he is working in Poland now.he took his wife along with him. Please advice me what shall i do next.there are few incident happened in Delhi as we stayed in hotel and i do have proofs. can i registered another FIR in Delhi ? Do i have options available to transfer my case to Delhi . please help me with the best options as am only the one suffering a lot even thought he did crime and played with my feelings

A.With the above 2 sections in the FIR and the accused having left India unless the police take this matter seriously this case does not appear to be having any chance of conviction against him. Don`t get misled about your matter being treated as a ' rape' . Now about some proofs you are having against him, you have to act fast.

A.Unfortunately this is the matter of "Rape" under section 376 of IPC, and don't worry summon can be served to him via his family. Try to talk with your advocate as soon as possible.

A.Actually your case is coming u/s 376 IPC I.e.having physical relationship with you with pretext of marriage with you.You through public prosecutor can pray to court for alter or adding of charges u/s 376 ipc.For transfer of cases from one state to other u have to file transfer petition in the supreme Court

A.please mention that where are you staying. there are various judgments of the supreme court and high court on the same issue. Section 376 IPC must have been added and still police may add it. as far as transfer of the case is concerned it may be transferred but you need to approach the Honble Supreme Court of India for that. for more you may contact me in person through my profile
