A1 is the only real person we made the griveous injuries to the victims but in FIR the two victims complained that attempt murder was done by A1 and A2, though A2 was not available at the crime scene and directly or indirectly A2 not invloved in crime. Wantedly victims involved the A2 in the crime and witness also gave a false statement to police that A2 is available in crime scene. Now how to proceed this case.

A.Hi,

As per the Indian Law, the accused here, i.e. A2 will have to prove his absence at the crime scene in order to prove his innocence. If you found this helpful, please rate us.

A.Hi,

In the Indian Criminal Law, the burden of proof lies on the accused. A2 here, will have to prove his innocence, he will have to prove his absence at the crime scene and that he was not involved in the matter.
