hello sir, my tenant is not vacting my house we have filled an eviction petition.she is threatening us can we file any criminal case on her is it possible when eviction suite bis in city civil court .

A.U can file a criminal case.civil and criminal law remedies are different. Both can go at the same time. But some offence must be committed to file criminal case.

A.If there are sufficient reasons for which you want to get evicted your client than court wiukd surely order in favour of you. And yes you can file criminal complaint against her. There is no bar on it
