hello sir, my tenant is not vacting my house we have filled an eviction petition.she is threatening us can we file any criminal case on her is it possible when eviction suite bis in city civil court .

hello sir my tenant is claiming that she has given cash to hand. she didn't give us b1 rupee . she is creating some false and fake proofs what to do please suggest me.

A.U can file a criminal case.civil and criminal law remedies are different. Both can go at the same time. But some offence must be committed to file criminal case.

sir when we ask her for rent she pushed away used unparlimentary abusive language and scolding yelling banging the doors on us .we have already given complaint in police station we have received acknowledgement also there are no severe injuries she pushed usto stairs we fallen on stairs is it enough to file criminal case.if so we want to consult you provide us your number.

sir today after court appearance she is claiming saying she has paid the amount to us to hand without any proof . may be she will get some fake false evidences what to do sir please kindly suggest me.

It is necessary for u to seek personal advice by showing all relevant documents. U better seek personal consultation. It is not proper to given opinion regarding some document which is not before me. If you don't take proper legal recourse at this stage, u will land yourself in trouble.Besides this, your eviction petition may also be dismissed if not properly persued. It is for you to decide how you want to proceed.

A.If there are sufficient reasons for which you want to get evicted your client than court wiukd surely order in favour of you. And yes you can file criminal complaint against her. There is no bar on it

sir for recovery of money can we attach her things like tv,freeze when case is in the middle .now eviction final judgement has not come yet. we need money she is not paying rent not depositing in court also.

Till pendancy of the case you cant attach her articles without court orders. Get the eviction petution decided from Honble court and then file a suit for recovery rent as per the orders of the court than court would order for the recovery of rent. And he fails to do so then court would order for attachment of her property
