In the famous news app, 'Inshorts', I often encounter betting sites related ads of betting sites like betway, parimatch etc. due to which people are falling in trap of it
So
(i) Is usage of these sites(Sites which are based outside India) is legal, then proper advisory should be made regarding it
(ii) If point (i) is not valid, then this app 'Inshorts' should be warned immediately
So is bet365, betway etc. legal?

Online betting is legal, but these websites are designed in such a way to make it almost impossible for the consumer to win.
