Can I be arrested if my employer blaming me for financial fraud without perfect proof, while he given me salary less than a rule of minimum wage of government ?

A.Hi,
No, you cannot be arrested for a crime without proof.
If you are innocent but apprehend you may be arrested, you can file for anticipatory bail under Section 438 CrPC.
