Change of child name.

Can we change the name of child after divorce, On birth certificate there is the name of child's father and his surname. Now can single mother change name as per her side.

A.Hi,
This would depend on the terms of the custody agreement. If it is joint custody, then both parents' consent would be required to change their child's name.
If you have been granted sole custody, then you can go ahead with the name change.
