Marriage date 29 Dec 2015 and my wife is living separately since March 2016,her father asked me to prepare a divorce paper in March 2016,still they have not provided me the second signed copy. Also not giving proper response over phone whenever I call them.
They say we will not sign and you have to live like that
Please advise me.

A.You can file for divorce on the ground of desertion but remember that it will be a contested divorce which may take over 2 yrs to settle so if possible try for an amicable /mutual settlement again and this ye keep in writing the communication and collect all the evidences like there message, emails etc to provide weightage to your claim if matter goes for contested divorce.

A.You have no option but to file case for divorce on the ground of desertion, cruelty etc. Collect all evidences to prove that your wife is living separately from March 2016.

A.Hi,
You can send a legal notice to your wife seeking divorce. Even if there is no mutual consent, the court can grant you divorce if you are able to prove the ground that you cite as the reason for divorce. If you found this helpful, please rate us.
