My mother was a government teacher till 2004 March, she was dead in the same month, I was in 9th std during her death. Now I am eligible to work as teacher, now can I get my mother's job? Is there any possibilities?? As heir??

A.Hi,
Your mother's death should be either “in harness” or “in service” (that is even if he is not actively on duty but not retired/dismissed etc.). It should not be a suicide or a murder. It should be proven without a doubt that the immediate family is in dire need of a regular income else it would end up in their abject poverty. If you have any other sources of income like agricultural or rental income, then you are not qualified. If you found this helpful, please rate us.
