A.Private educational institutions need to make a lot of changes in the way they charge fees. Although many educational institutions in the state center have made many changes, they can complain to the educational institutions if they are completely against this policy, which is against the existing system.& Complaint to educational superior officers

A.Hi,
Education falls under the concurrent list. It means that both the central and state governments can make decisions for this Sector. Thus, the policy decisions and implementation for the Education sector differ from State to State. You can file a complaint against any violations with respect to the acts of that particular state. A.Hi,
The constitutional basis for regulating the fees charged by private schools was considered by the Supreme Court in T.M.A. Pai Foundation v. State of Karnataka (2002). The Supreme Court held that regulatory measures imposed on private schools must ensure the maintenance of proper academic standards, atmosphere and infrastructure and the prevent maladministration. Though the Private Schools Act is different in all states, this case shall be a standard precedent. If you found this helpful, please rate us.
