How to file civil case
My mother has 3 brothers and 3 sisters. Total with my mother 7. All of them have some coppersonari property. But her brother removed the names of my mother and sister from the property by giving false information or without giving any information. He has signed the documents and registered with the Deputy Registrar's Office.
Since all the documents are registered, can my mother now file a lawsuit against all the brothers? Or is it possible to get the right share in the property as all the documents are registered?

A.Details are required to be examined. If circumstances provide then she can claim her share.
