Credit cards outstanding Credit cards outstanding

Dear Sir
I am in critical financial crisis since last year Sept 17, due to this I am unable to pay emi of personal loans & credit cards outstanding of approx 11 lacs for 5 different banks but in last month I have paid the dues of personal loans after settlement and unable to arrange credit cards dues so it's pending of amt. Rs. 6 lacs. Due to continued calls of collection agent I have changed mobile number and rented address and informed to collection agent that I have left my current job but office address is same as bank records. I want to settle the dues one by one from my salary only. Please help and advice me how to resolve it.

A.Dear client! You ask for extra time from the bank and if the bank gives you extra time, then pay the full amount within that given time. If the bank does not consider your additional time, then he will file a OA in the DRT then you will have to seek the help of a banking law practitioner (DRT/DART) for your case in the Tribunal. You can contact me in the context of your case.

A.A. Dont panic. Just approach the branch with your honest offer that you will pay your dues in the coming months. If they agree for it than its well n good if they dont just wait for there action against you that could be for recovery of the due amount. And thats not a big deal if you are ready to pay the amonut. Court would also grant you the time to pay their dues.

You really need not to worry for this. Go ti the bank and ask them to accept the amont in instalments. If they agree then it is well n good but if they dont agree then start to deposit small amounts in your accounts. If you cant even do this then just relax, if they would go to the court then it will also took more than a year and could be more...i am again saying its not a big deal just relax and focus on your work

A.U can either wait for bank to go to DRT or yourself write a letter to the bank asking time to repay.it is up to the bank to accept ur offer or not.
