I am residing in sivsai enclave hyderabad 6 flat owners including me are interested to give this G+3 building for re development but One mr. ramakrishna reddy owner for 2 flat not available in person,or for all social media whatsapp,telegram .we try to meet him through his relatives or known sources went in vein. So please advice me how legally we proceed

A.The answer to this question is that if the six apartments are different people but any of them have already written for development as per my agreement then it is possible to take action under the Contract Act which only comes under civil jurisdiction.
Or a single person for all the apartments can take action under the Real Estate RERA Act which can also be tried in consumer court.

A.మీరడిగిన ఈ ప్రశ్నకు సమాధానంగా గా ఆరో అపార్ట్మెంట్ లకు వేరే వేరే వ్యక్తులు వేరే అయితే అంతకుముందు ఏదైనా నా అగ్రిమెంట్ ఒప్పందం ప్రకారం అభివృద్ధి కోసం రాసుకున్నట్లు అయితే కాంట్రాక్ట్ యాక్ట్ ప్రకారం చర్యలు తీసుకునే అవకాశం ఉంది ది ఇది సివిల్ పరిధిలోకి మాత్రమే వస్తుంది
లేదా మొత్తం అపార్ట్మెంట్ లకు ఒకే వ్యక్తి రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ రేరా చట్టం ప్రకారం చర్యలు తీసుకోవచ్చు చు దీనిని కన్జ్యూమర్ కోర్టులో కూడా ప్రయత్నించవచ్చు చు
