I am working in an insurance company and I have put my resignation n asked them for Immidiate reliving and I am ready to opt for 2 months notice period buy out option. But the company is forcing me to serve notice period at any cost and if I leave in between then they r saying they Ll send abscond n termination letter with charges. What should I do. They are giving tremendous mental pressure and I don't want to continue any longer. Please advise

A.Hi,

If the noticed period has been mentioned in your contract regarding the termination period, there is no loophole in the law and you will be held liable if you violate the terms. If you found this helpful, please rate us.

A.Hi,

If the noticed period has been mentioned in your contract regarding the termination period, there is no loophole in the law and you will be held liable if you violate the terms. If you found this helpful, please rate us.

A.According to the first agreement you made with the insurance company you work for, if you take a thorough look at what has written the terms and timing frame, you are likely to be prosecuted by the company if you violate it, and you will not be subjected to any harassment by the relevant authorities. Complaints can be made to the women's Rights Protection Cell
