A.It is very rare that an attempt is made to exchange a check taken in Delhi under Section 138 in respect of a check bounce case but it is very rare that a check taken in Delhi is within the jurisdiction of the court there as a check bounce case has to be filed under Section 138 so it is not possible to file any case in Jaipur.
