My wife is one of 3 legal heir of property inherited. One of her sister is intimidating my wife to either sell her share to her or they will shift in the ancestral house which is vacant at present without prior permission.

Your wife can complain to the police about criminal intimidation under Sections 503 and 506 IPC and then file a suit for partition.
