A.Hi,

You may wait till your notice periods ends and demand a full and final settlement hence. Or else you can take legal action against them for not paying you the amount of salary you are entitled to. If you found this helpful, please rate us.

A.Hi,

You can demand a full and final settlement after you have served the notice period or you may file legal case against them if they fail to pay the amount for which you are entitled. If you found this helpful, please rate us.

A.You can claim the salary vide email to the department in respectful manner. However even still your salary is not disbursed than you can consider option of issuing the company a legal notice through a lawyer but please note that you are serving your notice period and have not been relieved from the company so if you plan to file legal case against the company it is possible that they may create further issues regarding your relieving letter and experience certificate etc stuff. Hence you are advised to solve this issue with the company amicably with effective communication or you may wait till your notice period gets over and you join another company. Kindly rate this if you find this advice helpful. Thank you.
